Many of our ICSA Members do a great deal to promote
professional customer service including celebrating
National Customer Service Week in October each year. The
ICSA launched National Customer Service Week in 1984 as
a means of recognizing the value that service
professionals provide to their companies.
To support your efforts to recognize the best of your
Customer Service Professionals, the ICSA is providing
its members with this new site to post information you,
our valued members provide us. What kind of information?
Glad you asked!
One example is an idea exchange. Share some of the truly
successful things you have done to support, reward, and
recognize your strongest and best Customer Service
Professionals. Many of you have conducted outstanding
activities during National Customer Service Week. We
would love to hear about those activities and share them
with other ICSA Members.
Another example of how you can use this site:
Recognition of your top Customer Service Professionals.
Send us information regarding any individual(s) from
your organization who have demonstrated an act of
outstanding service, or who consistently perform their
duties at the highest levels of professionalism. We will
use this site to post that information so that those
individuals receive national recognition for their
outstanding work. Feel free to send a photo of the
individual(s) you may want to recognize and we will post
those as well.
Finally, share your stories with us. As a wise person
once said, “Everyone has a story.” And in the world of
customer service, there are as many stories as there are
customers! Share your stories with us and we will post
the best of them on this site to share them with other
Customer Service Pros.
We hope you will participate in what we think will be a
